Summer is here and Family Matters is taking a break! But don’t despair. For the twelve weeks from June 24 to September 9th, 2012, here’s a list of favourite shows to keep you inspired plus one more new show I’ve never broadcasted on Family Matters Radio before.
Don’t forget to join us September 16th, 2012 and every Sunday morning 8 to 9 AM Eastern thereafter for new, engaging, and touching interviews with parents, children, and expert guests.
The first five radio shows is the result of a collaboration between Cathy Bucher and Wendy McDonnell, where we explore the experience of living with our children, our partners, and our friends in a way that trusts all of us and our needs matter. Each of these shows is inspired by the lifetime work of Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D and the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

These next two shows talk about how deep connection with nature, not just as a recreational backdrop, is essential for human development and learning.

Plus a bonus interview that I’ve never broadcasted on Family Matters Radio before…
On June 12, 2012, I interviewed Stephen Jenkinson about farming and the inspiring work he and his friends are doing at his Orphan Wisdom School. I’ve never heard anyone talk about farming as soul work in the way that Stephen does.
