Thanks for doing this show Wendy. I found it to be very helpful and interesting. Our world revolves around what OTHER people think of us and our lives, that somehow we need to change societies outlook. The more of these programs and support groups that are available, the better chance there is to improve everyone’s life. Thanks for all you do. You are special. :)

Smiling. Thank you. Thank you for your reflections Marci. I was really struck by how our expectations create conflict. My take aways: 1) Focusing on positive relationships and peace and getting the support to do that and 2) asking ourselves questions like: “why do I think my kid should finish school in a certain way or by a certain time?” and “why do I put so much pressure on myself and my kids to do things?” and “what’s important in the long run?”
