Marwa Farouq is an activist for peace, freedom, human empowerment, and democracy. Marwa is a specialist in Family and Youth development and Parent Education. She now lives in Turkey after fleeing Egypt this summer. Her family is slowly re-building their home and finding meaning again. She believes that the way to real social change starts from the family unit within societies. She shares how her experiences and practice of Nonviolent Communication helps her to live her life in integrity with her values.
