Our topic today is “Following Your Body Wisdom” as it relates to family relationships and how and why we would want to attune ourselves to our body’s wisdom.
Following your body’s wisdom leads to honest and authentic relationships.
Many parents fear being honest because they want to protect their children from the harsh reality of the “adult world”. They worry that children will be traumatized. However, we discover that there are easy, straight-up, ways to share your authentic self without alarming your kids. In fact, regaining your intuition leads to confidence and developing resilience to bullying.
This morning’s guest is Atherton Drenth. She is a Clairvoyant, Medical Intuitive and Holistic Energy Therapist who facilitates transformational healing. She has been in private practice for over eleven years and has personally performed over 35,000 healing balances. Atherton is the author of “Following Body Wisdom” and also appears in the documentary, “Voyage to Betterment” as one of 12 experts along with other internationally renowned physicians, researchers, and pioneers in the fields of consciousness research and spirituality.
Atherton is also a compassionate teacher and trainer committed to helping others develop their full intuitive potential.
