Show 110 – Work-Life Balance for Parents

Are you struggling to juggle family, home, work, and health and wondering how to strike a balance for you and your family in the New Year?

Tina O’Connor, Canadian author of “Be That Girl: ignite your passion, organize your life and embrace freedom!” is here to talk about that. A few years ago, Tina says, “There were a lot of things I wanted to accomplish, but didn’t think I was capable of achieving my goals, and I wasn’t even certain which goals were most important to me.” With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calgary and having navigated the way to happiness herself, O’Conner shares do-able changes that bring contentment. Today, Tina lives in Calgary, Alberta with her loving husband Ryan and their three daughters. Tina balances running a business, family and career while her husband works full time. She volunteers at her girls’ school, makes home cooked meals, and takes Wednesday afternoons off to be with her sister and her mom. Tina O’Connor helps women achieve the same level of satisfaction in their own families without losing their cool or throwing in the towel. Her website is bethatgirlnow.com.

“I created the Be That Girl™ system, which will ignite your inner passion and help you embrace a more relaxed lifestyle,” explains O’Conner. “Be That Girl™ gives women the freedom to be, do and have anything your heart desires. Big goals are identified, and then broken down into smaller tasks and exercises designed to help even the busiest mom be more successful in every element of their life; with the family, their home, their work and their health.”

Topics include de-cluttering, organizing our homes, finding more time in our days, fashion, posture, communication, positive thinking, touch, and team-work.
